Who we are

Levrit is a product of PT Akselerasi Inovasi Digital, a company registered in Indonesia. Levrit is the trading name we operate and sell under.

Levrit is a campaign workspace for small marketing teams. A team writes one brief, and Levrit produces the campaign around it: the strategy, the landing page, the ad and email copy, the media plan and the reporting. Nothing publishes without a person approving it first. We sell it as a subscription, priced by how many campaigns a team generates each month and how many brands they run. Our customers are solo marketers, agencies of two to fifteen people, in-house teams, and founders running their own marketing.

We answer within one business day, in English or Bahasa Indonesia. We do not publish a phone number or a walk-in address, so if you need a scheduled call, ask by email and we will send a time.

Who to write to about what

It is the same address for all of it. Say which of these it is in the subject line and it reaches the right person faster.

• Support — something is broken, or your account needs changing. Include the email you signed up with.
• Billing and refunds — see the refund policy first; it covers most of what people write to ask.
• Privacy and your data — access, correction or deletion. You can also delete your data yourself, without asking us, at data deletion. What we collect and why is in the privacy policy.
• Platform and API reviewers — if you are reviewing an application from us, write to the same address and say which platform and which application. We will answer with whatever you need to complete the review, including a walkthrough of the integration against a live account.
• Press, partnerships and investors — background is on about and investors.

The terms you are agreeing to

Using Levrit means the terms of service apply, your data is handled as described in the privacy policy, and payments follow the refund policy. All three are written to be read, not skimmed past.
