Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Levrit, a service operated by PT Akselerasi Inovasi Digital, a company incorporated in the Republic of Indonesia with its registered office in Sragen, Jawa Tengah 57274 (“Levrit”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company or agency, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. The service

Levrit is a marketing workspace that uses AI to help teams research, plan, write, and report on campaigns. It produces drafts, reports, images, and export files.

Levrit also acts on your instruction in two places. It sends the email campaigns and sequences you create to the contacts you have added — immediately, at a time you schedule, or when a trigger you have set up fires. And where you connect an advertising account, it reads that account’s performance data, and applies a change to that account only when you confirm that change.

Levrit does not create or publish ads.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account is intended for one person. Tell us promptly at hello@levrit.io if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

4. Plans, billing, and renewal

Please read this section carefully. It explains when we charge you, what we tell you beforehand, and how to stop.

• Free plan. Includes a limited number of generations per calendar month, currently one. Outputs on the free plan carry a Levrit watermark.
• Paid plans. Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) on our pricing page and are offered as either one month of access or, where shown at checkout, twelve months of access paid upfront.
• Automatic renewal. If you pay by credit card, your plan renews automatically at the end of each period and we charge the card you used, at the price shown on the pricing page at the time of renewal. If you pay by any other method, nothing renews automatically and no card is stored.
• Notice before every charge. We email you at least seven days before each renewal charge. That email states the amount, the date we will charge it, and how to cancel. We attempt the charge up to three days before your period ends, so that a failed payment can be retried before your access is affected. Charging early never shortens your access: the new period is added to the end of the one you have already paid for.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account page, in one step, with no phone call and no email to us. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately. It does not end the period you have already paid for: you keep full access until that period ends, and we do not refund the current period on cancellation (see our Refund Policy for when refunds do apply). When you cancel, we delete your stored card straight away.
• If a payment fails. If a renewal charge is declined we will try again up to three times. If it is still declined, your subscription ends at your period end and your account reverts to the free plan. Problems on our side or our payment provider’s side do not count towards those attempts.
• Annual plans. An annual payment buys twelve consecutive months of access at the annual price displayed before checkout. The pricing page also shows the effective monthly amount. The first annual purchase is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee in our Refund Policy.
• Usage allowances. Generation allowances are monthly on both monthly and annual plans. They reset each calendar month and unused allowance does not roll over or become cash value.
• What happens at the end of a period. Paid access ends on the date shown in your account. If your plan does not renew, whether because you cancelled or because a payment could not be taken, your account remains open and reverts to the free plan. We do not delete your campaigns or your Brand Brain when a period ends.
• Taxes. Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility unless stated otherwise on the invoice.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment from them and never handle or store your card details. Where your plan renews automatically, our payment provider stores your card and gives us a token that works only for your account. We keep that token only while you have an active automatically-renewing subscription, and we delete it when you cancel.

5. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. AI output: your review is required

Levrit generates text, figures, and images using AI. Output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your audience, and different runs can produce different results. You are responsible for reviewing and approving everything before you send it to a client, publish it, or act on it. Levrit is a drafting and analysis tool, not professional marketing, legal, financial, or tax advice.

Where Levrit produces a report from data you upload, the figures are derived from your files. We do not independently verify them.

7. Your content and your clients’ data

You keep all rights to the material you put into Levrit, including brand guidelines, performance exports, and anything about your clients. You also own the outputs Levrit generates for you, and you may use them commercially. We claim no ownership of them.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. If you handle a client’s data, make sure your agreement with that client permits you to process it in a tool like Levrit. Do not upload payment card data, government identity numbers, health records, or other sensitive personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Levrit to:

• produce content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or infringing;
• impersonate a person or organisation, or fabricate reviews, endorsements, or performance results;
• attempt to breach our security, access another customer’s data, or bypass usage limits;
• send email through Levrit to people who have not given your business permission to email them, including purchased or scraped lists;
• resell or provide access to Levrit as your own product without a written agreement with us; or
• automate access in a way that places an unreasonable load on the service.

We may suspend an account that is being used this way, and will tell you why where we can.

9. Availability and changes

Levrit is an early-stage product offered without an uptime guarantee. We may change, add, or remove features. Features marked as preview or coming soon are not part of what you are paying for. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan provides during a period you have already paid for, contact us and we will make it right, including a pro-rata refund where appropriate.

We may change prices, but not for a month you have already paid for. Changes to these terms will be posted here with a new date, and material changes will be emailed to account holders.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Levrit at any time. If your plan renews automatically, cancel from your account page to end the paid relationship; letting it run does not stop it. To have your account and data deleted, email hello@levrit.io. We may terminate or suspend access for a material breach of these terms.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levrit is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, which is where PT Akselerasi Inovasi Digital is incorporated, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Indonesia. We would much rather resolve things by email first.
