TEMPLATE · CLIENT REPORT
A client report template: frame the results as a clear story and steer the next decision.
A report that gets read to the end answers three things: what happened, why, and what now. This template opens the brief for the client's decision-makers and uses only the figures you supply.
WHEN THIS TEMPLATE FITS
Choose this template if
- A monthly or end-of-campaign update the client should read, not monitor.
- The numbers sit in a Meta Ads, Instagram or GA4 export and the story is not yet written.
- The account manager wants next month's recommendation inside the report.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
What comes back once you approve.
- 01Executive summary, per-channel performance, insight and recommendations, in your agency's voice
- 02Every figure read from the export, carrying its source label
- 03Data gaps stated plainly, with a ready request for the missing export to send the client
- 04A letterhead PDF and an editable deck, in Indonesian and English

F.A.Q.
Frequently asked questions
What does Levrit read?
Raw CSV exports from Meta Ads, Instagram or Google Analytics 4. The figures are tidied, compared with the previous period, and written into a narrative.
What if a figure is missing from the export?
It is not estimated. The report names it as a gap, and the WhatsApp draft to the client already carries the request for the missing export.
Can the report be locked after it is sent?
Yes. A closed report cannot be changed; the next change means a new report. That is the artefact you defend in the client meeting.
